My apartment feels like a place I can truly relax and enjoy every day. From the moment I walk through the door, I feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The layout is spacious, the rooms are well designed, and there is plenty of natural light, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to enjoy spending time there. One of the best parts of living in my apartment is the outstanding amenities. The fitness center is modern and convenient, allowing me to stay active without leaving the community. The swimming pool is always clean and provides the perfect place to relax on warm days. I also appreciate the clubhouse and community spaces, which are great for socializing or simply enjoying a change of scenery. The secure parking, well-kept landscaping, and responsive maintenance team make everyday life even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Easy to log in, quick emails and responses. I like the layout of the website as well very easy to navigate and understand where to click for the different content.

Staff is wonderful. Statements are great. The priority though could use an upgrade. On the upper floors, the walls need painting, people do not abide by the rules for trash, the a/c unit dues not work in the hall. It’s over 90 degrees. Overall though, the files care and it’s a good place to live but for the retail price, everything should be working and clean and it doesn’t.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable place to call home. The management team has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff does a great job keeping the grounds looking nice year-round.

Team was great and super helpful! Sometimes a little harder to get a hold of, especially if you work regular hours, since they only have one person in on Saturdays (which, naturally is the busiest day) — but overall my experience from tour to move in was pretty smooth.

Absolutely love it. Such an amazing location, with a beautiful apt inside and out. I was nervous that it was gonna be noisy with it being in the middle of the gulch but the way these building are made you can barely hear a peep.

Overall I love living in Infinity Lofts. But there are a lot of areas in the hallways that could be touched up to improve overall look. And stairwells are often littered with trash.

Staff is excellent, property is nice and fairly clean in public areas. Coffee station is a sweet touch. Trash collection is clutch. Surprisingly quiet for a busy neighborhood.

Brian is amazing and really helped me make the choice that infinity lofts was the right choice for me. I absolutely love the location and the set up of the units. The community balcony and fitness center are also amazing.

Absolutely love living at Infinity Lofts! The apartments are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The location is unbeatable — close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything downtown Nashville has to offer. The management team is super friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The building itself is always clean and well-kept, and the amenities (like the fitness center and rooftop area) make it feel like a luxury hotel. I’ve lived here for a while now and couldn’t be happier — highly recommend Infinity Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Nashville!

Overall very good. Construction is only complaint! The gym is also in neeedddd of an upgrade. New treadmills!!!! The staff is friendly. Maintenance is overall effective and efficient!

My first few days at Infinity Lofts have been absolutely incredible! The apartments are truly upper-class, and the property management team has done an amazing job ensuring my home was ready for move-in. Their level of service is unmatched compared to other properties—I felt genuinely welcomed and completely satisfied with everything. I like how they keep the communication on time and flexible. The staffs also always maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the building. Everything is easy and accessible especially because of the resident portal.

I would leave 5 stars however it is extremely hard for guests to park. There should be more parking passes available. Also the interior common areas (hallways, carpet) could use a facelift.
